	Rubby Hal Ramsey Mr. Rubby Hal Ramsey, 74, of Homesteader Drive, Cumming, Ga., formerly of Blairsville, Ga., died Friday May 2, 2008 at his home following an extended illness. Mr. Ramsey was born Aug. 28, 1933 in Cosby, Tenn., the son of the late Robert Edward Ramsey and the late Roxanne Phillips Ramsey.
