TCMS Courtyard Beautification Project

The Towns County Middle School Student Council has been working on a project to beautify the middle school courtyard. Students have gathered together to weed flowerbeds, cut back trees, move bushes, and outline beds with stones. Many plants have been donated and the students are adding them to the courtyard as they arrive. Many thanks go to Hiawassee Fruit Market and Ingles for donating hanging baskets and to Mrs. Sue Garrett for donating bulbs and trees from her own garden. The TCMS Student Council advisors are Mrs. Lesia Johnson, Mrs. Sue Garrett, and Mrs. Connie Hobbs. Student Council members who have participated are: Lindsay Patton, Kindle Moss, Dylan Taylor, Dillon Thompson, Christa Hamill, Ryan Tallent, Claire Wilson, Jessica Osborn, Garrett Bradshaw, Andrea Coleman, Eryn Cochran, and Harrison Hobbs.
