19th Annual House of Prayer Missions Conference

It's Time! The church family at the House of Prayer is excitedly anticipating the 19th Annual Missions Conference to be held April 25th, 26th, and 27th. The conference, and all related events, will take place in the Family Life Center located at 850 Bible Camp Circle, off Pat Colwell Rd., in Blairsville.

Each year people from area churches and communities come to hear the news, firsthand from guest missionaries, about what God is doing throughout the world.

This year's keynote speaker is Harold Peasley, founder and director of Multi Ministries, South Africa. He, with the support of his wife Antoinette, ministers mainly in the USA, Europe, and South Africa. His primary focus is on Southern Africa; training nationals throughout the region, conducting conferences, and coordinating projects and teams from around the world, in order to evangelize the lost, and to equip and encourage the believers there.

Also speaking will be Jim Arnold of Independent Gospel Ministries, Ivory Coast; Mark

Chase with Source of Light Book Ministries of Waynesboro, Ga.; Andrew Ryzhkov with Byelorussian Missions, Inc., Atlanta Russian Mission; Cathy Peek, Child Evangelism Fellowship, Director for State of Georgia; James and Imogene Hughes from Indian Ministries of North America.

Other missionaries taking part in scheduled events are Chip Kirk of Operation Mobilization, Worldwide; Randy and Sherri Dodd, Global Ministries, Worldwide; Mark and Tina Edmunds, Compass Aviation Ministries, Shelby, NC; Don and Carla Rich, Central Missionary Clearinghouse, Cajamarca, Peru; Bobby and Becky Lunceford, Builders for Christ Ministries; Andrea Boynkin, Blairsville's own Missionary to Sudan; Homer and Miriam Lanier, Beirut, Lebanon; Jack and Carol McKechnie and Jon and Peggy Lemmon with the Christian Motorcycle Association.

A Children's Conference is offered for ages 4-6 and ages 7- 12 years by Child Evangelism Fellowship.

There will be missionary tables for viewing, and tables full of books, bibles and literature, available at discount prices, before and after the conference sessions.
