Nantahala Bank opens loan production office in Blairsville

Franklin-based Nantahala Bank & Trust Company has announced the opening of a Loan Production Office in Blairsville, Georgia, according to President and CEO Russ F. Gale. The new office is capable of handling all lending needs, including small business loans as well as fixed-rate mortgages.

The office is located at 10 Town Square and is headed by Vice-President Susie Rose, a native of Blairsville. Supporting her is Loan Assistant Darlinda Lambert.

"I'm excited about the potential for Nantahala Bank in our community," Rose commented. "I am committed to providing excellent service and products to our customers."

Rose attended Georgia College in Milledgeville and Georgia Banking School in Athens. She began her banking career in 1997 and has extensive experience in commercial lending. Lambert comes to Nantahala Bank with over 25 years of banking experience.

In addition to its Franklin headquarters, Nantahala's other NC locations include full-service offices in Murphy and Hayesville.
