SAFE-Jeans for Justice

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and a time to increase the community's commitment to putting an end to such violence against women, children and men. Jeans for Justice is the month-long community awareness campaign. Utilizing the symbolism of jeans to bring attention to sexual assault, employees and patrons of participating businesses and agencies let others know that such crimes will not be tolerated in our communities.

S.A.F.E. provides victims and survivors of sexual assault with services such as individual support, medical and court accompaniment, legal advocacy and a 24 hours crisis line. (706/379-3000 V/TTY). All services are free and confidential.

All funds collected during the Jeans for Justice campaign go toward supporting this community program. For more information on the campaign, participating businesses or services provided by S.A.F.E., call 706-379-1901 or 706-835- 1637.
