Lt. Governor Casey Cagle to hold Union County listening session

Lt. Governor Casey Cagle recently announced that his field representatives will hold a series of Listening Sessions throughout the state.

"It is very important to me that our office remain available and accessible to Georgians who have questions and concerns regarding state issues. As we look for ways to aid and connect citizens with appropriate agencies and solutions, we don't want people to have to drive to Atlanta for a personal meeting. It is our goal to be convenient and come to them," said Lt. Governor Casey Cagle.

The listening sessions will allow citizens to have a personal meeting with a field representative of the Lt. Governor's staff on a first-come-firstserved basis. Local elected officials are also encouraged to attend to give an update of their city or county and share any concerns. Additional Listening Sessions will be scheduled throughout the state and will be publicized through the local media.

The Lt. Governor Casey Cagle Listening Session will be held Thursday, April 3rd 2:00- 4:30 PM at the Union County Courthouse, Jury Assembly Room, 114 Courthouse Street, Blairsville. Northern Field Representative Dennis Pitts will be present on behalf of Lt. Governor Casey Cagle
