"March Madness" is upon us! Bring on the snacks!

The NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament, known as " March Madness is now upon us. - Go Tar-Heels!

This is the Super Bowl of college basketball and a good reason for party with friends. All you need is a television set, drinks, and lots of different snacks and finger foods on hand. The following is an old tried and true recipe that a friend's cousin from Nashville gave her. It is quick and easy to make. Mini Ham and Cheese Rolls Sandwiches 24 Brown and serve inner rolls 9 in aluminum pans)

1/2 lb. Thinly Sliced ham

1/2 lb. Thinly sliced swiss cheese

Topping

2 Tablespoons minced, dried onion flakes

1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon poppy seeds

1/2 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a small bowl combine melted butter, onion flakes, mustard and poppy seeds.

Split the dinner rolls and make sandwiches with the ham and cheese.

You can leave the dinner rolls sandwiches in their aluminum pan or put on a baking sheet, then drizzle with the mustard sauce.

Bake about 20 minutes and serve warm!
