DDAFacade Grant Program

The Downtown Development Authority of Blairsville is pleased to offer downtown property and business owners an opportunity for assistance on building improvements and repairs. Through the DDA's Façade Grant Program, property owners within the target area are encouraged to apply for assistance on exterior enhancements or repairs.

The purpose of the Façade Grant Program is to encourage redevelopment and revitalization of downtown businesses and properties. Specifically, the Downtown Development Authority would like to see business owners restore, beautify, refurbish and rehabilitate existing properties in the target area.

The target area includes all properties located in the Downtown Development Authority district. The map can be viewed at the DDA's website: www.downtownblairsville.com or at the DDA office.

The Façade Grant Program is a remarkable tool that Blairsville can use to facilitate downtown revitalization. When the appearance of downtown buildings begins to improve, the results of a revitalization program will have a positive impact on our great community.
