Great Response for HRWC Road Building Workshop
      The Brasstown Community Center's Scrogg's Room was filled to capacity on Wednesday, March 12th as 27 developers, grading contractors, realtors, and subdivision road supervisors learned about building better private access roads in the mountains.

Towns County First Graders Learn About Birds
      The members of the Education Committee from the Georgia Mountain Research and Education Center went into the classrooms of Towns County Elementary School last week. They were there to teach lessons on the subjects of hummingbirds, bird identification and how to make a bird feeder.
