Florence Marion Rose

Mrs. Florence Marion Rose, 87, of Brasstown Creek Estates, Young Harris, Ga., died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2008 at her home following an extended illness.

Mrs. Rose was born Nov. 26, 1920 in Buffalo, N.Y., the daughter of the late Frank Konter and the late Victoria Konter. She was preceded in death by a son, Douglas D. Rose in 1975. Mrs. Rose was of the Catholic faith.

Surviving Mrs. Rose is her loving husband of sixty three years, Donald Rose of Young Harris; brother, Frank Konter; sister, Mildred Dettman, both of Florida; special friends, Lori and Greg Armour of Gillsville, Ga., Bob and Dot Vaughn of Young Harris, Bob and Jeanette Page of Calif.; two grandchildren; many

other relatives and friends also survive.

No services are planned at this time. In
