Bryce Ledford

Mr. Bryce Ledford, 68, of Auburn, Ga., formerly of Hiawassee, Gz., passed away Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Dekalb Medical Center in Decatur, Georgia.

Mr. Ledford was born Sunday, October 1, 1939 in Towns County, Georgia, to the late Guy Ledford and the late Rendie Chastain Ledford. He was a member of McConnell Memorial Baptist Church in Hiawassee.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Bryce Jr. and Jayne Ledford of Mobile, Ala., Michael and Tina Ledford of Hayesville, N.C.; brothers and sister in-law, Bruce and Abby Ledford of Young Harris, Ga., Bronze Ledford of Auburn; sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda and Myron Turner of Blairsville, Bivian and Harry Hughes also of Blairsville, Belinda Post of Douglasville, Ga.; granddaughter

and husband, Jennifer and Tim

Parry of Mobile, Alabama; grandsons, Joshua

Ledford of Ft. Bragg,

North Carolina, Devin

Whitaker of Hayesville; and Dalton

Whitaker, also of

Hayesville; granddaughters, Danielle Ledford of Sylva, North Carolina; Kasey Ledford and Megan Ledford, of Hayesville; several nieces and nephews also survive.
