State Representative Charles Jenkins recently spoke to the Union County Rotary Club about the upcoming legislative session and some of the projects that will effect north Georgia and the whole state.

Mr. Jenkins spoke about the upcoming water plans for the state. A state wide water plan is expected to be one of the biggest issues during the 08 legislative session. Also on the 08 session will be Health Care, Transportation, Education, and many other issues.

Mr. Jenkins was very informative and is very passionate about his role as Representative. He also answered many questions from the Rotarians in attendance.

The Rotary Club of Union County has special guest speakers every week with a wide variety of interesting topics covering local, state, national, and international subjects.
