MACA Lady Lions Volleyball Playoffs

Varsity Team: Front Row: Gracie Allison, Rebecca DeCarlo, Rebekah Simonds. 2nd: Leah Kelley, sophia McLaughlin, Terah Hooper, Abigail Williams, Laura Kelley, Morgan McCombs. 3rd: Mr. Steve Shamblin, Abby Powell, Kelly Perry, Korah McCray, Sara Dobbins, Ballard Allison and Mrs. Robin Kight.

October 18, 2007 the MACA Lady Lions traveled to Gainesville,Ga., to participate in the 1A State Volleyball play-offs. This was the first time in school history, the Lady Lions made it to the play-offs. The Lady Lions, led by the senior captain Rebecca DeCarlo, played their way to the final four where they lost a hard fought battle against Lake Dow Christian Academy. The Lady Lions finished their regular season conference play 10-2, overall 17-4. It was a great year and they are looking forward to next year.
