Volunteers spruce up Primary School grounds

Thanks to Home Depot of Blairsville, the grounds of Union County Primary School have had a facelift.

Last spring the management and associates of Home Depot undertook a landscaping project at the school. They spent countless hours adding mulch, new plantings, and decorative touches to the flowerbeds and entrance areas. The Primary School provided lunch for the workers who volunteered their time to complete the project. Other area vendors also donated material to make this possible. They include Speedling Nursery of Blairsville, McCorkle Nursery and Stacy's Greenhouse. The entire Primary School family wishes to thank these businesses and especially the associates of Home Deport who graciously gave of their time and energy to make our school a more inviting place to learn and work.
