Cooking with Barbara My youngest daughter, Janet never was interested in cooking while growing up. She was too busy as a teenager but when she married she and all my children wanted me to give them all my recipes they grew up with. My daughter-in-law, Debbie Walker made each of them a beautiful book of recipes and pictures of their past as a Christmas present.
Janet has become a great cook but usually fixes very exotic and fancy dishes as she and her husband Pete entertain a lot. This is one of her " not so fancy" dishes but very good. Place potatoes in a baking dish. Cut potatoes in bite size pieces. Pour olive oil over them to coat them. Sprinkle with salt, peeper, basil and paprika. Cook at 350 degrees until turning brown. Flip with spatula during cooking, This will take about 45 minutes. |
