Cooking with Barbara
By BARBARAWALKER-HUFF

My youngest daughter, Janet never was interested in cooking while growing up. She was too busy as a teenager but when she married she and all my children wanted me to give them all my recipes they grew up with. My daughter-in-law, Debbie Walker made each of them a beautiful book of recipes and pictures of their past as a Christmas present.

Janet has become a great cook but usually fixes very exotic and fancy dishes as she and her husband Pete entertain a lot. This is one of her " not so fancy" dishes but very good.
