FATZ Cafe to open soon

Cafe Enterprises, the parent company of Fatz Cafe, a Southeastern restaurant chain and home of World Famous Calabash Chicken, announces plans to continue its Georgia expansion into the Blairsville market. The Blairsville restaurant, scheduled to open in early November, will create 120 new jobs for associate managers, kitchen and service staffs.

The new Blairsville restaurant, located at 42 Highway 515, will be the sixth Fatz Cafe opening in Georgia and will seat 168 guests. All Fatz Cafe restaurants are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and offer menu items that include fresh salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and desserts. Entrees include steak, seafood, pasta and Fatz Cafe's World Famous Calabash Chicken.

Committed to providing guests top-quality food and outstanding service in a comfortable, familiar atmosphere, Fatz is looking for 120 hospitality and guest-focused individuals to join its hardworking family. Cafe Enterprises is equally dedicated to taking care of its associates, providing extensive training and an ongoing support system in a friendly, relaxed environment.

"It is our goal to offer the community of Blairsville exceptional value with a unique variety of great food and friendly and efficient service in a welcoming atmosphere," said Steve Bruce, president of Cafe Enterprises. "With a guest-driven operating philosophy, we clearly understand that our continued success is driven by service to our guests, as well as service and support to our Fatz Cafe team."

Fatz Cafe has over 3,200 associates and operates in four southeastern states (North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee) to make up the Cafe Enterprises family. Full-time and part-time positions are open and include hosts, servers, bartenders and kitchen associates. Please visit fatzcafe.com for more information on employment.
