Grace Presbyterian Church (PCA) adds Staff

Toby and Jennifer Pope and their son, Daniel.
Pastor John Grauley has announced the addition of Toby Page as an Intern at Grace PCA. Toby and wife, Jennifer, and son, Daniel (one year old) have moved to the Blairsville area from St. Louis, Mo. Mr. Pope graduated from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, Mo., in May 2007.

Prior to attending Covenant Seminary, Toby graduated from Memphis State with a B.A. in Music History. He then received a Masters in Education from the University of Tennessee, and taught in middle school. He is an accomplished cellist and also worked in the bicycle industry. He enjoys bicycling in the mountain area.

During his years in Knoxville, Tenn., he served in the leadership of a young adult class, and this, with other influences contributed to his call to seminary.

Toby has begun work on organization and development of Sunday School curriculum, and on the development of additional small-group Bible study in the church. He teaches a Young Adult Sunday School class each Sunday at 9:30 a.m.

Jennifer graduated from Presbyterian College in Clinton, S.C., with degrees in psychology and education. She has served with the Navigators International Student Ministry in Knoxville, Tenn., and in the Phillipines. Jennifer received a Masters in Education from the University of Tennessee and taught first, fifth and sixth grades at Central Christian School in St. Louis.

Grace Presbyterian is located at 1700 Young Harris Highway about 2 miles eat of Blairsville (between Mountain Building Supply and City Plumbing). Sunday School is at 9:30 a.m. and Worship Service is at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday night service is at 7:00 p.m.
