Beta Sigma Phi- Beginning Day Tea

The Georgia Iota Iota Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi held their Beginning Day Tea on August 17 at the Cadence Bank in Blairsville. Hosts for the tea were Lynda Keener and Carolyn Southard.

Fifteen members attended with two guests. Seven members from Kappa Alpha chapter also attended the tea. President Diane Simonson read a poem regarding women and being a special sister in remembrance of our sister, Dottie Hay.

The Beginning Day tea is held each August, celebrating the start of our 2007-2008 season.

Beta Sigma Phi promotes social, cultural and community service, with opportunities for women of all ages and stages of their lives.
