Gary "Yogi" Lee

Mr. Gary "Yogi" Lee, 48, of Blairsville, Ga., died Friday, August 31, 2007 at his residence.

Mr. Lee was born Sunday, May 24, 1959 in Towns County, Ga., to Frances Cantrell Lee of Blairsville and the late Arlon John Lee. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Robert Sosebee.

Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Lisa Lee; son, Garry Nolan Lee; and brother, Michael Lee, all of Blairsville.

Funeral services were held Sunday, September 2, 2007 at 2 p.m. from the Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Youngblood and Rev. Leon Henderson officiating. Music was provided by David Chatham and Spirit Led. Interment was in Pleasant Grove Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers were B.L. Anderson, Joe Dyer, Jeremy Henderson, Neal Rusk, Kenny Rogers, Rex Taylor, James Lunsford and Leonard Sosebee.
