Ronald McDonald has quite a show for the young kids, and the adults were enjoying it too. Ronald McDonald, Commissioner Bill Kendall and the playground board, assisted in the ribbon cutting. This very perfessional sign was made in Towns County U.S.A. (not China) by local residents Dwayne, Morris, and Blake Phillips. It has plenty of room to add more contributors, and is located on the back side of the beach house. Singing Stars for a Better World put on two perform- ances for an appreciative audience. Robbie Dernehl is their director. Jim Wood played his special music to a lot of applause. Winners of most family members participating and the most royal sand castle were a family of eight members.
