Georgia Mountains Hospice asks you to become a volunteer
Georgia Mountains Hospice helps people fill their last days with dignity and caring at home or in a nursing home. Patients and families are given the personal and practical support that's right for them at this critical time. That's what Georgia Mountains Hospice is all about. Living with comfort, compassion, and dignity when it matters most. Georgia Mountains Hospice Volunteers help make that possible.
Georgia Mountains Hospice asks that you become a volunteer. Volunteers offer a special kind of caring to patients and their families. To find within you the capacity to love, unconditionally, will bring tremendous reward. To be allowed into someone's thoughts and memories at such an intimate, meaningful time will be the greatest honor you can imagine.
Georgia Mountains Hospice Volunteers also work tirelessly doing clerical and mailings on a day to day basis. They have proven themselves invaluable throughout the year at the many community events and fundraisers that Georgia Mountains Hospice participates in each year.
Georgia Mountains Hospice would like for you to take this opportunity to become a volunteer today. In whatever role you choose to volunteer, please make the decision that will change the lives of someone else. Georgia Mountains Hospice will begin a volunteer orientation on Tuesday, August 21, at their office in Jasper, Ga. We encourage you to attend the classes, see our office, meet the staff and find out what becoming a Georgia Mountains Hospice Volunteer can mean to you and someone in your community.
