Union County High School Registration

Union County High School will hold registration for all new and transferring students for grades 9 through 12 for the upcoming 2007-2008 school year beginning Tuesday, July 31, through Thursday, August 2, 2007. For enrollment, parents and/or guardian must bring the student's up-to-date Georgia Immunization Record, a copy of the student's Birth Certificate and Social Security Card, Verification of Parent/Guardian's Physical Address and if applicable copies of any legal arrangements that might affect your child or the school. If your child has an out-of-state immunization records, you will need to have it converted to a Georgia form at the Union County Health Department prior to registration. You may request the previous school mail the records to Union County High School, 604 Panther Circle, Blairsville, GA 30512, or you may provide the Union County High School Guidance Department with the previous school's address and phone number and we will request the records for you.
