New pastors at Calvary Worship Center

Tommy and Rebecca Keith are the newly appointed pastors of Calvary Worship Center on Pat Colwell Road in Blairsville. Calvary Worship Center is a member of the Assemblies of God which is the third largest Christian denomination in the world with over 52.5 million members. According to the 2006 Yearbook of American and Canadian Churches, the Assemblies of God grew more than any of the top twenty faith groups. The Assemblies of God are associated with the National Association of Evangelicals and the Pentecostal World Fellowship.

Pastor Keith and his wife, Rebecca, have been ministering for 22 years and have had a opportunity to plant two Home Missions churches, which have grown and are making a major impact in their communities. They offer a contemporary type of worship service with contemporary praise and worship music while holding on to the treasured hymns of the past. Their teaching and preaching has an emphasis toward today's generation with life application teaching and relationship with Jesus Christ. Pastors Tommy and Rebecca have conducted leadership seminars and have taught classes on leadership training for church leaders to maximize everyone's strength in the church body.
