Top Chef in Town

Ben Sutton of Chef Ben's Catering has over 30 years of culinary experience. He is a 1977 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and served a fellowship in the famed Escoffier Room in 1978.

Ben's varied career has taken him around the world, serving as a private chef of the Seagrams Corporation and as a corporate chef for JM Family Enterprises. His hotel experience includes that of serving in the capacity of banquet chef, Broadmoor West, Broadmoor Hotel, and saucier at the Watergate Hotel. Chef Ben has received several culinary honors, including a silver medal, ACF First-Ever Hot Food Competition at the National Restaurant Show, Chicago, Illinois.
