Raymond Doucette

Mr. Raymond (Ray) Doucette, 70, of Blairsville, Ga., died Thursday, July 5, 2007 at his residence.

Mr. Doucette was born Saturday, January 9, 1937 in Boston, Mass., to the late George Doucette and the late Edna Pitts Doucette. He was of the Catholic faith and was preceded in death by daughter, Annette Brewer; and brothers, George "Bud" and William Doucette.

Survivors include his son, Ray Doucette of Blairsville; daughter, Shiela Doucette, also of Blairsville; brother, Donald E. Doucette of the Phillipines; brother, Jerry Doucette of Cape Coral, Fla.; grandchildren, Krista, Shane and Stephen Doucette, all of Blairsville; three great-grandchildren, several nieces

and nephews, and many other

relatives and friends also survive.

Memorial services were held Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 7 p.m.

in Blairsville.
