To the Editor:

The Woman's Enrichment Center of Blairsville and The Woman's Enrichment Center of Andrews, N.C., recently completed a very successful Hawaiian Luau fundraising event. The Woman's Enrichment Center of Blairsville would like to take this opportunity to thank those who assisted us in making our luau such a huge success.

These are the following churches, businesses, and individuals who donated or gave us their total support: Rev. George Cline, their church secretary, Ms. Hazel, and members of Antioch Baptist Church. Our entertainers: Don Hunt, Steve "Elvis" and Emily Carey.

Our sponsors: for dessert, Faith Tabernacle Church; printing by Mountain Graphics; specialty cakes for auction by Choestoe Baptist Church ladies; supplies by Jim and Mary Ann Johnson; Christ the King Antiques and Furniture Thrift Shop; Living Word Christian Fellowship; Mr. and Mrs. Cleaners; United Community Bank of Blairsville; Hughes Accounting; and Little Corner Ice Cream Parlor.
