Enchanted Music on the Square

This Saturday's Enchanted Music on the Square" in Hiawassee will be a real treat, especially for those Towns County residents who remember the days when the Hiawassee Opry was a popular and well-attended feature in this area. From 6-8 p.m. this Saturday, July 7, we will again be treated to the wonderful Bluegrass, Country, Gospel and humor of the Hiawassee Opry Quartet! Also performing is a newly formed local Gospel Quartet, "Master's Peace", making their debut appearance on the Square!

Last Saturday's "surprise" concert by Andy Wilson and the group "Redd Klay" was a phenomenal success, with an audience of over 300 people!

Bring a lawn chair or blanket, your family and friends, and even the family pet (on a leash, please, and with clean-up equipment.) Ice cream, hot dogs and beverages and concert t-shirts will be for sale. Concerts are produced by the OTM Committee, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing music and events to Towns County.
