Business of the Month

Are you proud of your business? Do you want to showcase it to the community? The Blairsville Union County Chamber of Commerce is introducing an award program for its members called "Business of the Month." Each month the Chamber will select a business for this honor based on certain criteria. The business must be a member of the Chamber and should be actively involved in Chamber functions throughout the year. In addition, the nominee must be of the highest moral and ethical character and demonstrate a genuine concern for community affairs through participation in civic groups, volunteer programs or non-profit organizations.

The nominee may present any new construction, renovations or beautification of their business that has taken place within the last twelve months.

The committee to select the Business of the month will be appointed by the President of the Chamber through its Ambassador Program.

Anyone in the community may nominate a business by calling the Chamber at 706-745- 5789 and requesting an application.
