Esther B. Young

Mrs. Esther B. Young, 93, of Murphy Rd., Blairsville, Ga., died Sunday, June 10, 2007 in the Union County Nursing Home following an extended illness.

Mrs. Young was born Feb. 21, 1914 in Broome, N.Y., the daughter of the late Manley Bellinger and the late Nina Earls Bellinger. She had made her home in Blairsville since 1999, moving here from St.Cloud, Fla. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leander Young in 1976 and by a brother, Floyd Bellinger in 1940. Mrs. Young was of the Protestant faith.

Surviving Mrs. Young are daughter and son-in-law, Willa Mae and Leonard Zeh of

Blairsville; brother, Duncan Bellinger of Howes Cave, N.Y.; niece, Ilene Gaffney of Cobleskill, N.Y.; grandchildren, Phillip Zeh, Kelly Ferguson, Brian Zeh, Sherrie Zeh, Lisa Jones and Kimberly Rosas; many other relatives and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that memorials may be made to the House of Prayer Church in Mrs. Young's memory.
