Georgia Federation of Republican Women

The Georgia Federation of Republican women held their spring Board of Directors Meeting at the Crown Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta, Ga., on April 28, 2007.

The Federation is celebrating its 50th anniversary with the theme "Empowering Women in Politics for the 21st Century." A tea was held in the afternoon with the keynote speaker being Julianna Chambliss, wife of U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss. Mrs. Chambliss is one of Georgia's innovative educators, who has made an impact in the classroom and statewide by promoting powerful educational programs.

Several speakers and visitors (Representatives and State officials) stopped in at the spring Board meeting.
