State Water Restrictions
      Odd numbered addresses can water on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Even numbered addresses can water on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Outdoor watering is banned between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and midnight. Watering on Friday is banned.
