SBA to hold Business Workshops

SCORE, The Small Business Administration's (SBA) volunteer arm is bringing its business workshops and counseling services to the tri county area. The workshops will cover such subjects as Business Planning, Product and Service Pricing, Financing Your Business and Marketing for Small Businesses. The initial workshop will be Business Planning and will be presented on Tuesday, May 22, 2007, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Cadence Bank's Conference Room in Blairsville; a light dinner will be provided.

The workshop is complimentary to Chamber of Commerce members of the Clay, Towns and Union County Chambers. A charge of $40.00 per person for the three hour workshop will be charged for non Chamber members. Attendees joining the Chamber within a week of the workshop will have their attendance fees applied to their Chamber dues.
