Unlimited square footage?

Hello, real estate people. I know newspaper ads cost money by size and number of words, but when you advertise a house that contains four bedrooms and three baths, it would help a buyer to know the square footage. Are those bedrooms walk-in-closet size? Is the bathtub on the back porch? Is there a kitchen?

Why the detour?
