Castaway Critters Pet Rescue Volunteer of the Month

Ansley Burnette (right) volunteers, along with her mom (Dawn), once a week with Castaway Critters. While mom is cleaning, Ansley assists with feeding of the animals, socializing them, and picking out special toys for each.

She baked cookies/ brownies and coordinated a bake sale to raise money and collect supplies for the animals. She and mom sat in front of Bi-Los (in the cold), Saturday, April 7, passing out flyers and seeking volunteers and donations for Castaway Critters Pet Rescue.

All of the other volunteers feel so fortunate to have Ansley and her mom as part of their team and say THANKS for a job well done.
