John   Fredrick   Minette,   42,   of
    Blairsville,   arrested   for   possession
                of marijuana, less than
    one ounce; too fast for conditions;
            safety restraint;
Daniel   Ray   Mixon,   54,   of
    Blairsville,   arrested   expired
    drivers' license; expired registration;
                open container; possession
                of a dangerous drug;
    unlawful to purchase, possess
    or have control of any controlled
              substance; drugs not in
    original container;

    Delno,   Texas,   arrested   for
    driving with license suspended
        or revoked; no registration;

    no proof of insurance; giving

    Blairsville, arrested for driving
          while unlicensed; failure
    to yield right of way at appropriate

    of Monroe, Ga., bench warrant;
Michael Allen Hammond, 29, of
    Blairsville, arrested for reckless
          driving; too fast for conditions.
