Lunch on the Hill

You are invited to "Lunch on the Hill," every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.The meal is home cooked and always delicious. Menu changes weekly; some of our choices are: Zion's Slow Smoked BBQ, Homemade Soups and Chili, Prime Meatloaf with Real Mashed Potatoes, Spaghetti with Special Sauce, etc. A favorite hit, Tom's Famous Chicken 'n Dumplings, is served the last Wednesday of each month. Salad selection, homemade dessert and drink rounds out the meal. All proceeds go towards missions of the church. Donation $4. All Saints Lutheran Church will hold Lenten Services beginning with Ash Wednesday, February 21, 2007. All the Wednesday services will begin at 7:00 p.m. with a "soup and sandwich" supper being served at 6:00 p.m. Pastor Dave Wesche will deliver the messages. We continue to learn about the Church Fathers, The Men who gave us the churches as we know them today.

Each Wednesday in Lent at 5:30 p.m. there will be an Evensong with Choir and Musicians. Following the service, at 6:15PM, A light Supper will be served.

After supper at about 7 p.m. There will be a Lenten Study and discussion, based upon the Book "Blessed is She: Living Lent with Mary" by Tim Terry.

The book is available at St Clare's and will be $12.
