Mabel B. Goss

Mrs. Mabel B. Goss, 95, of Lakeside Drive, Blairsville, Ga., formerly of Newcomers Town, Ohio, died Thursday, March 1, 2007 in the Union County Nursing Home following an extended illness.

Mrs.Goss was born Dec. 21, 1911 in Helena, Ark., the daughter of the late Harry Menefee and the late Arabelle Menefee. She had lived in Cleveland, Ohio, New Jersey and Atlanta, and had lived in Blairsville since 1993. Mrs. Goss was a loving and great mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Winfield Menefee.

Surviving Mrs. Goss are daughters and son-in-law, Patricia and

Harry Williams of Blairsville,

Nancy A. Eberhardt of

Westerville, Ohio; nine

grandchildren; many other

relatives and friends also survive.

A private family

memorial service was held.
