City Council approves new additions
By KATHLEEN MCKEVITT Sentinel Writer

Jane Wynn Wilson came to ask for approval of eleven new units to their existing shopping plaza; Chris Kelly came to request a Phase II approval for six more units in his proposed development, a professional complex, and a new project adjacent to the New Sherwin Williams building was under discussion. All reached the approval to the next stage of working with the City Engineer to insure compliance with city code and regulations.

A Watershed Monitoring Plan was voted into Phase I, which will be a year -to eighteen month study through winter and summer months, doing tests on the 42 square miles around the city to check the impact on the environment relative to the planned expansion of the wastewater plant. The cost is $20,000.00 for Phase I. The Council voted to proceed.
