The postseason picture thus far

As of Thursday, February 8, the Panthers and Lady Panthers postseason picture could still be considered "clear as mud," as UCHS Athletic Director Jim Hughes jokingly says.

However, because the Rabun County Lady Cats defeated the Dawson County Lady Tigers Tuesday night, one thing is certain. We now know where and when the Panthers (boys) will play, just not who they will play. Hughes explained that the boys will play Wednesday, February 14, at 7:30 p.m. in the Rabun County gymnasium.

As for the girls, Hughes said that it is probable that they will host either Banks County or Dawson County here at home on Tuesday night, February 13 at 6:00 p.m. However, that is not a certainty.
