Free Health Seminar
Two Essential Substances

A free health seminar will be presented on Managing Oxygen and Glucose. Oxygen and glucose are two essential substances for our body. But there is a dark side to both of them. How well you manage oxygen and glucose can predict your long term quality of life. Come hear how you can improve your management of these two critical substances based on recent scientific research. The seminar will be at the Blairsville Better Living Center at 1325 Watkins Road, Blairsville at 7:30 PM Thursday January 18, 2007 and will be conducted by Johanne Kittle, the Director of the Better Living Center and a PhD candidate. Healthy refreshments with recipes will be served for your tasting after the presentation. This seminar is the first in a monthly series to be presented at the center.
