ICL announces Winter Courses The Institute for Continuing Learning (ICL) at Young Harris College has announced an exciting lineup of courses for the winter term beginning the week of January 15. Winter offerings also include a series of provocative seminars and two concerts that are free of charge and open to members and non-members alike. The entire curriculum will be previewed on Thursday, January 4, at 1:30 p.m. in the Wilson Lecture Hall on the College campus. Everyone is invited to attend.
