Adult education— spiritual journey

Our Faith Journey is a series of adult education courses designed to encourage spiritual growth and development in our personal journey as well as in our journey as a congregation.

The Adult education class meets each Sunday in the Parish Hall from 9 to 10 AM. The class is open to all.

Lunch on the Hill

You are invited to “Lunch on the Hill,” every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.The meal is home cooked and always delicious. Menu changes weekly; some of our choices are: Zion’s Slow Smoked BBQ, Homemade Soups and Chili, Prime Meatloaf with Real Mashed Potatoes, Spaghetti with Special Sauce, etc. A favorite hit, Tom’s Famous Chicken ‘n Dumplings, is served the last Wednesday of each month. Salad selection, homemade dessert and drink rounds out the meal. All proceeds go towards missions of the church. Donation $4. Zion UMC is the “little country church with a kudzu kind of love that just grows and grows”!

All Saints Lutheran Church Cantata All Saints Lutheran Church

invites everyone to come and hear the real Christmas story as told in word and song. The Cantata entitled: "Let Heaven and Nature Sing Gloria!", will be presented Monday, December 18, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. under the direction of Music Director Carol Blackburn.
