Special needs children from around the area

came together to cheer each other on as Union County High played host to the Towns-Union-Fannin Special Olympics. Activities began in the gym as the Olympians participated in dribbling and shooting events before things moved to Galaxy Bowling where the kids took aim at knocking down as many pins as possible. The day ended after a presentation

of Special Olympics medals.
