Dyer/Dockery wedding

Julie Catherine Dockery and Andrew Calvin Dyer were united in holy matrimony on Saturday, September 30, 2006 at the Hipps Chapel Methodist Church in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Pastor Asa Dockery of World Harvest Church North and uncle of the bride, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Danny and Cynthia Dockery of Mineral Bluff. Parents of the groom are Sharon McFarland and Larry Dyer, both of Blue Ridge.

Attending the couple were: Matron of Honor, Jennifer Dockery Bohannon, sister of the bride and Bridesmaids, Summer Mathis, friend of the bride and Sarah Dyer, cousin of the groom. Betsy Mull and Shona Dockery, sister and sister-in-law, respectively, served as honorary Bridesmaids.

Serving as the groom's Best Man was Derrick Burns, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Justin Dyer, brother of the groom and Kyle Godfrey, friend of the groom. Nephew of the bride, Ricky Dockery served as Junior Groomsman.

Ring Bearer was Jacob Dockery, nephew of the bride. Morgan Mull, niece of the bride, served as Flower girl and was escorted by Alex McFarland, brother of the broom. Madison Mull, niece of the bride, served as honorary flower girl.

Music was provided by Lydia Long, aunt of the bride and Matthew Giesler, cousin of the bride. Serving as ushers were Franklin Dockery and Daniel Dockery, brothers of the bride.

A reception following the ceremony was held in the church's fellowship hall hosted by the bride's parents with many friends and relatives in attendance.

The couple now reside in Blue Ridge.
