Tulip Literacy Program

TULIP (Towns, Union, Literacy Instills Pride) is again promoting the tulip bulbs for donations plan to increase awareness of theliteray needs in our community.

Various locations throughout Towns andUnion County will be set up for those persons wishing to pick up the bulbs.

Bulbs are available now for planting in November to insure a glorious expanse of color in the spring.

Your donations will benefit those persons in your community needing help with their literacy problems. Our Adult learning Centers have tutors available to give instruction in aaining a GED, special one-onone tutoring, English as a second language training, and

beginning computer training. The computer classes are very popular and there is a waiting list.There are no charges for these classes and supplies.
