Lets get this over with

Diplomacy is great and all, but lets stop kidding ourselves, North Korea is going to have to be dealt with, and I don't mean at the negotiation table. We know they tested a nuclear weapon, quite the contrast to our "evidence" that Saddam had nuclear weapons. I just hope we have some help this time around. In any case, things would be a lot easier if Bush had not thrown us into Iraq.

A reprieve

It rained and we got a reprieve from road work on 129. I made it home in the same day!

What difference does it make?

Do you really think voting makes much of a difference? It always seems like the voters are forgotten once the candidates make it to Washington. Goodbye Joe Schmoe, hello special interest groups.

Playing for keeps

I love college football, but I was disgusted to see Miami and Florida International out of the field swinging helmets and trying to do serious damage to one another. Its just a game, don't end someone's career (or life) over it.
