Libby is a native of Brevard, North Carolina, and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She first moved to Blairsville with her husband Guy in1993, and has been involved in many activities in our community. She served as Executive Director of the Blairsville-Union County Chamber of Commerce in 1996 and 1997.

Libby's career in Real Estate began in 1980. She holds Associate Broker Licenses in both Georgia and North Carolina, and specializes in corporate relocations.
