ACB hosts annual teacher breakfast

It was Back To School for Union County's faculty and staff on Monday, August 7. But before unpacking boxes and settling into classrooms, Appalachian Community Bank treated everyone to breakfast in the High School gym. As faculty and staff enjoyed breakfast, the festivities began early with introductions and speakers. Mr. Stephen M. Gower, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional)

delighted the audience with his motivational speech, "What Do They See When They See You Coming: Servicing Their Journey!" Jason Karnes, City Manager at Appalachian Community Bank, said, "It was a pleasure for us to visit with all of the faculty and to express our sincere thanks for what they do for the school system and our community. We are so pleased to host this annual event!"
