The 6th Annual Humane Society's wine-tasting/ auction has a reservation deadline of Saturday, September 9. Since no tickets will be sold at the door, you need to call the Mountain Shelter at 706781-3843 or mail your reservation to Humane Society Mountain Shelter, P.O. Box 1252, Blairsville GA 30514. Only 200 reservations will be taken.

Puttin1 On The Dog will be held on Saturday, September 30, at Crane Creek Vineyards, Crane Creek Rd., Young Harris from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The auction is always a lot of fun with many beautiful items, and the Hors d1oeuvers are marvelous.
