Mack R.Dunkle Mr. Mack R. Dunkle of Emerine Rd., Blairsville, Ga., died Saturday August 26, 2006 at his home following an extended illness. Mr. Dunkle was born on May 2, 1926 in Jersey Shore, Penn., the son of the late George Warfield Dunkle and the late Faith Richards Dunkle. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy of WWII and had retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 1982 as a mail carrier. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Seni Marie Eyer in 1985. Mr. Dunkle was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Surviving Mr. Dunkle is his loving wife of 59 years, Donna June Reitzel Dunkle; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Freda Dunkle of Blairsville, Terry and Mary Dunkle of Danbury, Ct.; daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Eldon Arndt of Blairsville, Denise and Jerry Booth of Williamsport, Penn.; sister and brother-in-law, Betty Lou and Clair Robinson; brothers and sisters in-law, Walter and Gladys Dunkle, Donald, all of Jersey Shores, Ind., Marilyn Dunkle of Ky.; 11 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends also survive. Graveside services will be held Friday, Sept. 1, 2006 at 2 p.m. from the Tombs Run Cemetery in Jersey Shores with the Rev. Richard Jones officiating.
